I have setup a number of mail contacts and I have added them to a distribution list. I can send to the distribution list and the external users recevied it. This issue is to to field is the group name from our Exchange system. I want them to see al the recipients, so someone can reply to the message is needed. I am using Exchange 2007. Expand it before you send it from Outlook. Simply click on the + sign in the TO: field. Note once expanded, you can not collapse the DL unless you repick it.

Is there any way to make the hub transport expand the list? I am sure some of my users will forget to expand it with the + sign. George

Well actually, the Hubs do expand it, but that wont change wont the end users see when they receive the messages.

Hi, That is by design for the Exchange server. As Andy suggested, you can expand DL in Outlook to work around this issue. Thanks Allen
